Ep. 7: Flannel Shirts and Maple Belts

This month we’re taking a seasonal approach and focusing on  all things maple . And, of course, what apparel comes to mind when the  opportunity to visit a sugar shack arises? Flannel ! We’re looking at the  history of the fabric and why it’s so darn useful this time of year. We’re also  taking advantage of Steph’s move across the country to experiment with a few  different recipes, including microwave maple pie! (#marchmaplemadness) Instead of our usual "what we're obsessed with in history" segment, we're jumping on NPR's #trypod train and recommending hashtags for you to share with your friends and spread the word about podcasts.
